The Healer Who Keeps Healing
The Healer Who Keeps Healing
By Luz Maria Campuzano
Healers rise through devotion to their own healing. The deeper the journey, the clearer the vessel. The path never ends. It keeps reshaping us. It calls us to return to balance again and again.
The Responsibility Carried by Every Healer
Holding space for others is sacred work. Anyone who serves as a healer carries a responsibility to stay in their own process of cleansing, learning, and restoring their inner landscape. Moments arrive when the triggers soften and the nervous system releases its grip. Moments arrive when the wounded child inside finds comfort and the pathways of trauma grow quiet. Healing keeps moving though. Life keeps giving new layers to understand.
Spiritual healing, metaphysical healing, energy work, and somatic healing gain their strength through the purity of the one offering them. A healer is not the source of the healing. A healer is the instrument.
Barbara Y. Martin teaches that divine light flows through each soul as a living intelligence, and the more we clear our own aura, the stronger that current becomes. Her work affirms the truth that the vessel matters.
Ram Dass often spoke of humility as the real teacher. His words remind us that spiritual evolution continues as long as we are alive. He once said, “We are all walking each other home.” This is the heart of the healer’s journey.
The Instrument of the Divine
Through my own journey I learned that I am not the healer. I am the instrument through which healing moves. My purpose is to stay open, clear, and steady. This requires attention to the energies in my system. This requires releasing what weighs me down. This requires committing to balance as a daily practice.
Healing others asks for clarity, strength, intuition, and attunement. These qualities grow when a healer receives support. They grow when a healer remembers that evolution never stops.
The Misconception of “Already Healed”
A myth lives in spiritual circles. Some believe they have reached the end of their healing journey and have no more work to do. This belief carries an energy of certainty that feels rooted in ego. Healing is never finite. The human experience is layered, dense, beautiful, and constantly changing. Energies move through us every day. Experiences open new memories. New seasons reveal new lessons.
The soul evolves through exploration. A healer evolves through devotion to that exploration.
Why Healers Need Other Healers
This past year alone I have worked with mud packing practitioners, somatic trauma release guides, sound healers, breath-work facilitators, divine light healers and fellow spiritual coaches. Each modality opened a new door in my being. Each session lifted a density I didn't know I carried. Each healer became part of my evolution.
Energy healing sharpens the intuitive senses. Somatic healing restores the body’s wisdom. Breathwork clears the emotional field. Spiritual coaching awakens perception. Every healer holds a key. No single healer holds all of them.
Collaboration expands strength. Support keeps the vessel clear. Ethics demand this level of commitment.
Mother Teresa spoke often about service as a shared responsibility. She believed that those who serve must stay connected to grace through prayer, reflection, and community. Her teachings remind us that the servant needs nourishment too.
Healing as a Collective Path
No healer is meant to walk this journey alone. Therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, spiritual teachers, somatic practitioners, intuitive healers, and coaches all carry their own version of this truth. Every profession rooted in healing asks for continual growth and self care.
A healer who claims they need no support misses the heart of the work. Healing thrives through humility. Healing becomes powerful through connection.
Questions to Ask Any Healer You Work With
Real healing begins with honesty. Before entering someone’s care, ask them:
• What is your own healing journey right now
• Who supports you
• What modalities are you working with
• How do you keep your energy clear
• How do you stay aligned with your higher self
A healer who welcomes these questions carries integrity.
A Closing Reflection
The most powerful tool any healer has is another healer. That truth shaped me. It refined me. It strengthened my work. It helped me become a clearer instrument of divine light.
Healing is a living practice. Healing breathes with us. Healing grows with us. Healing keeps guiding us toward the soul we came here to embody.
With so much love and gratitude, Luz María Campuzano
