Your Body is a Universe: A Sacred Homecoming to the Soul Within

Part of the How to Feel Safe in Your Body Series
By Luz María Campuzano | Soul Prompt Coaching

Your body is not just a vessel.
It is not a machine to be hacked or a shell to be transcended.
It is a universe—a living galaxy of light, sensation, and soul.

Every cell…
is an evolving soul.

Not metaphorically. Literally.

Each cell carries memory. Consciousness. Divine intelligence.
Each one is on its own sacred journey of transformation, growth, and healing.

And when you begin to truly listen—not just to the body as a whole, but to the subtle pulse of its many parts—you will begin to understand:

You are not your body. You are a soul.
You have a body—the sum of countless ancient stories written in blood and breath, in movement and silence, in stardust and prayer.

Your body is a cathedral of souls.
A cosmos of becoming.
A sacred intelligence that has always known the way—long before your mind caught up.

More than that, your body is an instrument—the magnificent instrument through which you experience life.
It is the vessel designed to carry you through all the lessons your soul agreed to before incarnating on this Earth.

Through this sacred instrument, you learn, you love, you create, you evolve.

Your body allows you to give life, to hold and cherish others, and to express yourself in the most authentic and beautiful ways.

The body hears you.
It listens deeply to everything you offer it—your energy, your words, the food you nourish it with, your movement, your breath.

It responds to all of this—often in ways that are subtle, sometimes in ways that shake your very core.

But above all, it responds to love.

Because love is not just something you feel—love is the true nature of who you are.

And yet… so many of us forget.
We dissociate. Disembody. Disconnect.
We retreat into the mind, trying to think our way out of suffering.
We numb, avoid, hustle, and bypass.

But the body doesn’t forget.

As Bessel van der Kolk reminds us:
The body keeps the score.

Yes. It does.

It holds every moment you abandoned yourself.
Every truth you swallowed.
Every grief you didn’t have permission to feel.

It remembers the silences. The fractures. The awakenings.

And when we ignore that memory—when we treat the body as something to control or “fix”—we sever the most intimate relationship we have: the one with our own aliveness.

This is why my work exists.

At Soul Prompt Coaching, I help you return.
Not to who you were, but to the living constellation within you now.

Through meditation, somatic inquiry, and Divine Light, we begin a sacred conversation—with the body, and with every soul it holds.

This isn’t about performance. This isn’t about productivity.
It’s about presence.

We listen. We feel.
We allow sensation to guide the way—not forcefully, but intuitively.

Your body will lead us, if you let it.
It always knows.

This work is alchemical.
It’s emotional, energetic, and profoundly physical.

Sometimes a breath will take you to a memory.
Sometimes a muscle will speak a truth you’ve never heard aloud.
Sometimes, a subtle vibration in your chest will open a doorway to your soul.

The body leads.
And we follow.

I don’t do this work from theory—I do it from lived experience.
I am a mother. A mystic. A metaphysician.
A woman who has walked through fire and still chooses softness.

I’ve studied, trained, and healed.
But most of all—I’ve remembered.

And now I hold the lantern for you.

So if something inside of you is stirring...
If your body has been aching for your attention,
If your soul is whispering: Come back—

Know this:

You are made of many lights.
Each one still burning. Each one still becoming.

Your body is not broken. It is becoming.

And when you come home to it—fully, deeply, reverently—
you will remember something you forgot you knew:

You are whole.
You are holy.
You are here.

Now, let’s begin.

With so much love and gratitude, Luz Maria
